I was really happy to be involved in designing the logo and shop front of a beautiful new gift shop in Eastbourne. The shop is called ‘Le Loup’ and they wanted a cute identity in my style which included a wolf. I think the sign worked out really well and the shop is so lovely and full of wonderful things.

So if you are in Eastbourne any time you must pop in!

Pretty ‘Songbird’ bag collection

I’m so excited that the latest bags I designed for Disaster Designs have just arrived as I love them! The range is called Songbird and is based around a scrapbook style pattern of whimsical vintage imagery, music notes and quirkiness. My personal favourite part of the pattern are the two cute kittens flying on a flowery cloud as well as a the cupcake girl with bunny ears – they are so sweet and funny! The range consists of a wallet, purse, make-up bag and four different bag shapes which are all zipped closed with an ornate key charm and lined with a beautiful music sheet pattern. I hope you love everything as much as I do!

Makers Boutique Brighton

I attended the Makers Boutique fair in Brighton recently and had a lovely day. Luckily the sun was shining and so was able to have my stall outside which was lovely. I was pleased to make lots of doodllery sales and happy to see that my brand new cards, necklaces and earrings were well received too! Hope all of the other makers enjoyed the day too.

My new ‘With Love’ range

My latest range for Disaster Designs is called With Love and is now in the shops. Even though it’s not in my doodle style I was really pleased with how it turned out and it has been a big success so far. It features postcards, butterflies, woodpecker stamps, newspaper print and buttons. I probably love the satchel and overnight bag the most and was also pleased with how pretty the teacups looked. We exhibited the range at the Spring Fair in February and the display looked fab and everyone seemed to love it which was good.

Brighton Craftaganza

I had a stall at my first craft fair on Saturday! The fair was called Craftaganza and was held in a lovely old building in Brighton called Fabrica. All of my Doodllery range was there including some of my new previously unseen designs and products. I had a lovely day and enjoyed seeing peoples reactions to my jewellery for the first time and meeting the other sellers. I also managed to buy an amazing bright orange fox by Lucy Ashworth – everyone should own one!

I was a bit disapointed with the photos I took, and wish I had taken some more, but here are a few photos of the event. You can also read more about the fair and see more photos on the Craftaganza blog and facebook page.

I definitely cant’s wait to do my next fair and so hope to do another one soon.

Valentines day insipired me to create some very cute heart Doodllery designs! I’ve designed some smiling heart earrings, a necklace and a brooch which are all made from mirrored and plain acrylic in pinks and red. The photos don’t really do them justice as they are even prettier in real life and you’ll definitely look absolutely gorgeous wearing them!

Singing Mountain by Wu and Wu!

I discovered this gorgeous new range of bags called Singing Mountain from Wu and Wu while I was on holiday in Miami. The colours are perfect as they are really bright and I love the illuminous pink detailing. The pattern is cute and crazy as it features cute little animals doing funny things like kittens doing ninja.

New Wagtail range for Disaster Designs

One of my most recent ranges for Disaster Designs is now available to buy in the shops! I was really pleased with it as it was so fun to design and am really happy with how all the products look. I’m super excited that Little Moose is now open – I hope you are too! Little Moose will be home to some of the cutest gifts and accessories around and is where you can also buy some of my own creations. There are so many cute and quirky products out there and I hope to fill Little Moose with as many of these as possible. I’m always discovering new designers and falling in love with there products and so am thrilled to be able to sell some of these brands in the shop.
