Amazing Datai
As I have previously mentioned – I recently went on holiday to Langkawi in Malaysia. The hotel that I stayed in was called the Datai and is incredible. The Datai has a truly unique location in the middle of a rainforest and so you are surrounded by wildlife and constantly meet various cute animals throughout your day. One of our highlights were the morning and evening walks which were lead by resident naturalist Irshad Mobarak. He also runs all of the tours on the island through his company JungleWalla and we managed to fit in going on the bird watching and Mangrove tours which were fab.
I just loved every second of being there and can’t wait to return sometime soon! Here are some of the photos I took of the hotel and also some of the fantastic creatures I was lucky enough to bump in to!
